This cocktail is a beautiful pairing of iced coffee and hazelnut liqueur with a luxurious foam. It is incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed as a brunch cocktail, a pick-me-up on a hot summer afternoon, or as a dessert cocktail following a delicious meal.
2 oz espresso
1 oz hazelnut liqueur
Cocoa for dusting
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add liqueur, espresso, and extra sugar, if desired. Shake for 30 – 45 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and dust with cocoa.
